TECHNICAL

SALES ADMINISTRATOR (PRETORIA).

My client urgently requires an experienced Technical Sales Administrator to

join their dynamic team based in Rosslyn, Pretoria.

 

 

 

MINIMUM

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 

 

 

Matric

 

 

 

Minimum

of 5 years’ relevant technical sales & parts experience

 

 

 

Tertiary

Qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain (advantageous)

 

 

 

Confident

in component / parts ordering & administration processing

 

 

 

Administrative

& technical sales experience within locomotive / rail industry

(advantageous)

 

 

 

Able

to assist with administration and co-ordination of pricing of parts &

components on Projects

 

 

 

Strong

administration skills for quoting customers on commercial part sales, part

& component upgrade processes and ordering

 

 

 

Proficient

on Sage, Pastel & MS Office packages

 

 

 

Excellent

typing speed and accuracy skills for capturing and quotations

 

 

 

Experienced

at compiling and pricing for Tender documents for Contracts

 

 

 

Able

to liaise with suppliers on orders placed for customer projects (part &

component upgrades as well as locomotive & wagon upgrades & repairs)

 

 

 

Valid

driver’s licence (no endorsements)

 

 

 

Own

reliable vehicle

 

 

 

Must

be available immediately (no notice applicable)
