Description
Job Purpose
Supports coordination and logistics of vocational training. Ensures training schedules run smoothly and assists with trainer follow-up and attendance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and updating training schedules, participant lists, and training materials.
Coordinate logistical arrangements for trainings, including venue setup, equipment, refreshments, and materials.
Support communication with trainers, facilitators, and participants regarding session times, locations, and requirements.
Track participant attendance and maintain detailed records of training sessions.
Collect and organize pre- and post-training evaluations, feedback forms, and other monitoring data.
Support the procurement and distribution of training materials and supplies.
Ensure all training-related documentation is properly filed and accessible for reporting.
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation related to training implementation.
Perform all other tasks and duties per needs and project activities.
Respect and apply all the PSEA principles, and show high commitment to report any SEA action.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)
Essential:
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in training, administration, or logistics (preferably in the NGO or education sector).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Language skills: Fluency in reading, writing in Arabic.
Commitment to humanitarian relief standards, abilities, and personal Skills
Desirable:
Fluency in reading, writing in English as a seconed language.
