A well-organized company in Dubai is looking for a responsible Transport Officer to coordinate daily transportation activities, maintain smooth vehicle operations, and support efficient movement of staff, materials, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily transportation schedules and vehicle assignments.
Monitor vehicle movements, routes, and delivery schedules.
Communicate with drivers to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, registration, and insurance requirements.
Monitor driver attendance, documentation, and assigned duties.
Handle transportation-related issues and arrange timely solutions.
Prepare daily and weekly transport reports.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams.
Ensure transportation activities follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in transport, logistics, fleet, or operations is preferred.
Good knowledge of Dubai roads and transportation procedures.
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
