We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience by delivering high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and meeting customer needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables

Present menus, explain menu items, and take accurate food and beverage orders

Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally

Ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest requests or concerns politely

Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations

Follow hygiene, food safety, and service standards at all times

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Process bills and payments accurately

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a Waiter / Waitress is an advantage

Good communication skills in English

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafes

Knowledge of food & beverage service standards

Basic knowledge of POS systems
