I've hands-on Experience in providing technical support for complex Multi-vendor and OSS Applications (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on the applications already deployed.

I've participated on ENM hardware installation, configuration and deployment and also reviewed product specifications, LLD and HLD documents. I've proven ability to take independent initiatives, Engage with Customers, learning and ability to fit seamlessly into any team. In addition, I've good knowledge in Telecom industry in general and strong domain knowledge in OSS Platforms and Applications with hands-on experience in supporting and managing OSS, EMS and NMS Applications and IT infrastructures.
