Experience
Project Officer
•Led case management activities and supervised in the designated field sites, with support from caseworkers, including coordinating and sharing data with other service providers using the new Case Management SOPs, annexes, forms, and handbook.
•Engaged the duty bearers, duty holders, peace committees, traditional authorities, youth, and women coalitions in community dialogues on child protection, human rights, and service delivery.
•Collaborated with the FIDA, Community Development Officers, and the Child and Family Planning Unit members to ensure that children's rights are respected.
•Built the capacity of children and their parents as far as business is concerned and linked them for support to be resilient enough to adapt after the break out of any shock
•Prepared weekly activity plans with line staff as necessary and ensured smooth implementation of these plans.
•Set up/strengthened Child Protection Committees, including training and awareness raising on the dangers of abduction and child labor in their communities and linking children to available services.
•Set up/supported in monitoring Child Protection Help Desks to identify, support, and refer children with protection concerns.
•Developed activity work plans, budgets, concept notes, purchase requests and accounted on time
•Monitored and assessed the implementation of the program, ensuring that caseworkers were using the case management forms consistently and correctly.
•Ensured quality and timely registration of recovered abductees and at-risk children
•Ensured all data from the case management were kept confidential and only shared on a need-to-know basis and under case management ISP.
•Assisted in the identification and procurement of materials field activities.

I will be able to mitigate potential risks and uncertainties to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
