In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring customers receive an exceptional service experience managing orders, processing returns, handling enquiries, and coordinating deliveries with internal teams and external partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident in managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience in a similar customer service or administration role, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP and experience within the pharmaceutical or service industry will be a distinct advantage.
