The Project Officer will work closely with the project team based in Germany. Tasks include:

• Ensuring the documentation of the assigned activities, including digital filing.
• Supporting the project manager in conceptual development of project activities,
preparing donor reports, and other communication with internal and external

monitoring their performance and pre-checking partner reports.
• Supporting the project manager in organizing and implementing DW Akademie events
and visibility activities.
• Supporting the project manager in maintaining contacts with donors, media outlets and
other stakeholders, and representing DW Akademie at conferences and other events
where necessary.
• Coordinating project-related travel.
• Conducting research as required for the project.

Other duties and responsibilities beyond the ones mentioned above may be required during
the course of the project.
