We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Chef specialized in authentic Italian-style pizza to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake high-quality Italian-style pizzas (Neapolitan / artisanal)
• Manage dough preparation, fermentation, and baking processes
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization standards
• Support menu development and introduce new pizza concepts
• Manage daily kitchen operations related to pizza production

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Pizza Chef
• Strong expertise in Italian pizza techniques (dough fermentation, hydration, stretching, baking)
• Experience working with wood-fired ovens or professional pizza ovens
• Previous experience with well-known brands or restaurants
• Prior experience in GCC countries (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait) is preferred
• Ability to train team members and maintain quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Candidate must be currently based in a GCC country
