A track record of pipelines and automations running in production: Power Automate, n8n, Python, or the tool that fits. Practical application of LLMs to real workflows: quality assurance, document generation, analysis.

SKILLS:

The ability to carry a loosely defined problem to a working, documented, reproducible system. Familiarity with survey data (Kobo/ODK) or the health and development sector is welcome, though not required.

CHARACTER

— Offer honest counsel, even when it is unwelcome

— Find more satisfaction in a running pipeline than a polished slide
