Bar & Hospitality Assistant

Approximately 35 hours per week
Weekend work required
Availability during holiday periods is essential
Occasional split shifts

Salary & Benefits
€17.00 per hour, depending on English language ability and previous hospitality experience

Accommodation
€125 per month, including all utility bills

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional bar service.
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service to both local and international guests.
Assist with restaurant service during busy periods.
Prepare and clean service areas before, during and after service.
Support other areas of the business whenever required.
Carry out general cleaning duties and maintain excellent hygiene standards.
Restock bar supplies and keep workstations organised.
Follow management instructions, training and company procedures.
Work positively as part of a close-knit hospitality team.

Previous bar, restaurant or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
