We are hiring Data Entry Clerk (Logistics) who will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining shipment and inventory data in company systems.

Supports logistics operations by ensuring timely and error-free documentation of shipments, deliveries, and stock records.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update shipment details, delivery records, and inventory data in systems
Maintain accurate records of imports, exports, and stock movement
Verify data from shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes)
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams for data accuracy
Generate reports on shipments, inventory, and dispatch status
Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data
Maintain proper filing of digital and physical records
Ensure confidentiality and data security
