An experienced and highly organized Facility Manager is required to oversee the overall maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of building facilities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all services, systems, and infrastructure are properly managed to provide a safe, clean, and functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily facility operations and building maintenance activities
Manage maintenance schedules, repairs, and service contractors
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Monitor utilities, security, and housekeeping services
Prepare reports on facility performance and operational efficiency
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
