SKILLS: Kobo Toolbox or equivalent. Training and supervision of field teams. Security-aware planning. Genuine local access, earned on the ground.

CHARACTER

— Deliver clean data because their teams know no other standard

— Resolve the morning's field problem, then report it clearly

— Understand their context more deeply than any briefing could

— Earn hard work from others by giving it first
