Field Ready for Humanitarian Innovation is a registered non-profit organization in Syria. The organization aims to support communities through local innovation, knowledge transfer, and the promotion of sustainable solutions. Field Ready works to empower youth, engineers, and students by building their technical and practical skills through educational and applied environments.

As part of our project to establish an Innovation Lab (Makerspace) at the University of Aleppo, we are seeking a qualified trainer to deliver a specialized training course in digital design and modeling using Fusion 360.

Assignment Overview:

The trainer will be responsible for delivering a practical training program totaling 40 hours over 7 working days, targeting students and recent graduates from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Aleppo. The training will enhance their skills in digital design and 3D modeling using Fusion 360.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Develop a detailed training plan in coordination with the project’s technical team.
Deliver 40 hours of in-person training over 7 consecutive working days.
Conduct a pre-training assessment to evaluate participants’ baseline knowledge.
Conduct a post-training assessment to measure the learning outcomes.
Support participants in developing practical prototype projects.
Submit a final training report that includes:
Pre- and post-training evaluations
Performance assessment of trainees
Observations and recommendations for future trainings
Duration and Location:

Duration: 7 working days (total of 40 training hours)
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in delivering Fusion 360 training
Academic or professional background in design, engineering, or related technical fields
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with university students
Previous experience in educational or humanitarian settings is a plus
