We are looking for a professional and well-organized Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will manage correspondence, schedules, and documentation while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and letters
Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting minutes
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
Greet visitors and handle inquiries professionally
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
Maintain office supplies and support daily administrative tasks
Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to office procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional appearance and attitude
Preferred Skills
Experience in UAE office environments
Knowledge of basic HR or accounting support
Ability to work independently and under pressure
