Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Supervisor to lead and oversee daily security operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, enforcing security policies and procedures, and ensuring the safety and protection of employees, visitors, assets, and company property.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage security teams effectively in a dynamic environment. This role requires monitoring security activities, conducting inspections, investigating incidents, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company security standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on a daily basis.
Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and regulations.
Prepare duty rosters, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address security risks.
Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and operational concerns promptly.
Investigate security breaches, incidents, and complaints, and prepare detailed reports.
Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment.
Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance standards.
Coordinate with management, emergency services, and external stakeholders when necessary.
Promote a safe and secure environment through proactive risk management and security awareness.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional security-related qualifications are an advantage.
Proven experience in security operations, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle emergencies and make sound decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in security systems, surveillance equipment, and access control procedures.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
