VACANCY: Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist with strong public sector experience to join our growing professional team.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or BTech in Architecture
Professional registration with the relevant statutory body
Minimum of 3 years post-professional registration experience
Proven experience working on public sector projects
Demonstrated experience acting as Principal Agent
Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD essential)
Experience in 3D modelling and architectural visualisation
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
Willingness and ability to relocate if required
Advantageous

Available immediately or with a notice period of not more than one (1) month
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion
Act as Principal Agent, coordinating consultants and contractors
Prepare and manage architectural drawings, documentation, and reports
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and client requirements
Liaise with public sector stakeholders and authorities
Conduct site inspections and contract administration duties

Sound understanding of public sector procurement and delivery processes
