Technical & Projects Manager

Location: Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Field: Industrial Civil Works, Pipeline Projects, and Infrastructure

We are looking for a strong and experienced professional to lead projects and technical operations with a high level of efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Review RFQs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and technical specifications prior to award.

Lead project execution after award and control project cost and schedule.

Oversee quality, safety, and formation of the required project team based on project needs.

Manage project documentation, identify technical and resource requirements, and coordinate their timely availability.

Requirements:

Proven experience in industrial civil works, pipeline projects, or infrastructure.

Strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle from tender and scope review through execution and final handover.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English for communication and technical correspondence.
